HOW TO PRINT THE CARDS

Since this is a digital product, you will need to print off whichever pages you want and then cut them into the four different cards. You can then review one or more of them each day, or carry some around with you for when you need to remind yourself to relax.

You can print these documents at home, at a local print shop, or via online print shops. I recommend printing them on card stock.

Once printed, you might want to consider having the cards laminated so that they will last longer.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE IMAGES

Since you also receive each card as a separate image file, in PNG format, you can use those as screensavers on your computer, or to view on your phone whenever you need.
